9.0The TUI suite was spacious and clean and well designed with everything needed for a nice day. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I loved the bathtub. Also the location can't be beat can walk everywhere very quickly.
− Mostly the bed was extremely uncomfortable, very soft and can feel the springs. The room cleaning was disappointing, the first day they didn't even come and when I asked them to clean on the second day, it was very minimal - for example they didn't make the bed or sweeps the floors. Also I was disappointed that the spa pool is out of service and looks like it has been for some time but still advertised as an amenity.
The standout was the restaurant.

Comfortable, cosy unit with pleasant outlook.
10.0Very comfortable bed, pleasant outlook towards the hills. The room caught the afternoon sun which made it cosy until sunset. The heat pump, bathroom heat light and electric blanket all worked well to make the room comfortable even when the outside temperature was 0c. All the staff were friendly and having an on-site restaurant was a bonus during mid-winter.
