8.0Lovely rural spot and only 5 minutes from town and supplies. The room was warm and well-appointed. Loved the shower. Great pressure and hot. Good wifi. Lovely grounds and view, and we were there on a very quiet weekend. I can see it being a great option for families and groups. The only comment I would make is that the bed was two singles pushed together which made for a slight hump in the middle, not conducive for morning snuggles, but that is a very minor observation.

10.0A self contained room with a lovely outlook, well thought out and comfortable. The accomodation was positioned well for getting around Dunedin without the stress of traffic. It was a room for relaxing and unwinding after a busy day. Friendly and unobtrusive staff made us feel welcome;
