Disappointed! Room was far too cold for a winter stay.
5.0It’s really good location closer to shops, ski rentals and Turoa’s ski field.
− We stayed here during one of the coldest nights of the year. Unfortunately, the heater in our room wasn’t working properly, and we were freezing. We called reception, and the staff kindly brought us a spare heater, which made a big difference. The next day, however, the spare heater was taken away. When I asked if we could have it back, I was told the main heater was working again and that they don’t usually allow a second heater in the room. Unfortunately, the room was still very cold, and we had a really uncomfortable night’s sleep. It was a struggle for the whole family. When you’re on a winter holiday, especially after spending the day on the mountains, you expect to come back to a warm and cozy room. Sadly, that wasn’t our experience.

9.0Requested for room next to families,got it . Nice,clean and comfortable rooms,had enough beds for 5 people sleep in one room. Friendly staff . Kept topping up our consumables . Spa was available till 9.30. Good timing. Great location,within shops,food outlets and not far from snow mountain. Hoping to go back there again. Highly recommended.
