5.0Descent place for a sleep
− The service was difficult to understand, and it took more than 30 minutes to convince the office staff to give me the key, due to language barrier’s, even though I had already booked and paid online through Booking.com. I felt that I was treated with unnecessary suspicion based on how young I looked and my ethnicity, although I showed my ID, which made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable.
