7.0Quiet neighbourhood & within easy walking distance from town centre eateries, shops, etc. Off-street parking. Friendly hosts with good local knowledge & recommendations
− Upon arrival it was self-service check-in which after a long drive wasn't great. And our room was cold.
Everything was great! Both host were amazing and great to talk to.

Shakespeare house was a great place to stay and the hosts were helpful.
10.0The included breakfast and coffee got us off to a great start each day. We got caught in a rainstorm hiking, so were relieved we could run a load of laundry (though be aware that arrangements for laundry must be made in advance and can only be done during limited hours).

− The weird step to the bathroom in the Romeo room, more than once we fell down it, also no amenities in the room to make a culpa etc.
