10.0Clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and great pillows! Showers was so amazing I had two!! Will recommend to visitors to Whakatane!!

9.0Location.Tidy.Friendly staff. Everything one would expect. Great heating considering we arrived later then expected to a freezing room. Room warmed up within 10mins.
− We assumed when room was booked, the associating picture highlighted a Queen and Double beds which would have catered to the 4 of us. Upon arrival, beds were double and single...???
Other then the bed and the spa being abit cold. Beautiful place Beautiful staff
