− The wall heater fan was super noisy! It was winter and cold when we stayed so needed the heater, we could not leave it on as we couldn't stand the noise and were worried about the other people next door hearing the vibrations. The bathroom tiles really needed a good scrub as they were stained behind the shower curtains against both walls.

9.0Position and it had everything we wanted.
− Only a little niggle, after the first night towels an dish clothe etc we changed.We never got a fresh dish clothe or face clothes.I went to reception and there was no one around.Fair enough the all blacks were just about to play.
