4.0− Some lights weren't working in the room. The common area was a mess as it appeared they were maybe renovating. Some of the other guests seemed a bit on the dodgy side

10.0I liked the fact that the hostess/ owner let us do an late checkout days prior to coming. When arriving here allowed to check in over 45 mins early. He was clear and understanding, and gave us a free upgrade to a deluxe room from a standard.
− The fact that the hot water wasn't working at the time, other then that nothing else to complain about.
