10.0The room was extremely clean, which was comforting. The facilities were great, the location was exceptional, very close to everything and right in the heart of town. The receptionist were very nice and welcoming.

− Depressing decor unless you love gunmetal grey. The "Family room" was I think just a standard sized room with four beds taking up so much of its space that there was nowhere comfortable to sit
Lovely motel in the centre of town.
9.0Great location in the centre of town, but just off the Main Street, so not noisy. Easy walk to restaurants and hotels. Really enjoyed my stay in Leeton. Fivebough wetlands are awesome.
− Personally I like a doona rather than a blanket, as needed the aircon at night as it was cold.

− Parking was a problem at night. I came back late and the side rooms had no parking bays outside the room. The lock on the door was really flimsy didn't feel safe.
