9.0The friendliness and helpfulness of the lady who helped us on arrival. She switched rooms for us at late notice, because of my fractured arm. Our room needed to help us regarding showering etc. Have not had such and helpful person in a VERY long time. Usually you book on line, get an email or text etc and never really see anybod.

− The bath was dirty and the bedding was dirty there were stains on the sheets and the bedding so we slept on top of the bedding and kept our clothes on we tried the extra blanket but that also had stains so that was very disappointing and discussing 😖
On a cold wet night it was an excellent location.
8.0Warm and comfortable attached to a excellent Chinese restaurant.
− Being both of later years not able to safely use the shower as it was over a bath tub. Not able to toast due to possible smoke detectors.
Staff were very apologetic but no hot water after a very chilly day / night out was very inconvenient
2.0Cheap and friendly staff
− No hot water in shower & then when it did get fixed the water pressure was very poor Light out front of unit didn’t turn off so difficult to sleep
