− doona cover was soiled and had to request replacement. we booked upstairs room but got ground floor. Other rooms had a couch , ours had 2 mismatched chairs. Missed cleaning our room had to make phone call at 1am for clean towels Beds were very high off the ground

8.0Room had what I needed to be fairly self sufficient for a few days. Hot water and pressure were great and bed was very comfy. Lamps at night meant I didn't have to only use bright lights. Bathroom window opened and the curtains blacked out the front windows for sleep. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Convenient but quiet.

− Rooms are a bit dated, probably needs a paint to spruce things up. There was a strong deodoriser smell once you enter the room but you get used to it
