10.0It was convenient for our needs. You could tell they are upgrading the property which is needed. Our Family room was ok for one night as we were just transiting through. Our bathroom had been newly renovated but the rest of the room needs to be done. The room next door was going through a Reno and the building had been painted. If you have a trailer/van parking is extremely limited. Best to contact them beforehand. The person working there was was extremely helpful and friendly.
