9.0The unit was very spacious, and cosy. The bed was very comfortable. The area was very quiet and close to lovely walks. The spa bath was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.
− Some of the furniture was a bit dated, but considering that, the unit was great value for money.

8.0Efficient, professional and friendly staff. She went out of her way to settle us in and feel welcome. eg showing us the room and where to park. The room was lit and warm for our arrival too. The interior design was lovely and well planned. 2 balconies was great. Coffee machine.
− The spa didn't have much pressure but was a gorgeous bath in any case. 4 coffee pods would be nicer instead of 2.

Disappointing
4.0Great Location, comfy bed. Jug wasn't working, was replaced the next day without delay. Needed to stay an extra night and was offered a discount, nice.
− Had to climb into a deep spa just to have a shower which had an uneven floor. Mould caught in all the silicone, not appealing. Sink cupboard spliting due to water damage. AC heating struggled to heat up the room due to the very high ceiling and exposed staircase. No stair rail for assistance, they are steep and not deep step treads, they should be installed for safety especially when you have to haul your luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Kitchen cupboards way too high to assess a glass and the cupboard above the sink obstructive. No knife to cut our fruit. Your web photos don't reflect what the rooms actually look like. Disappointing.
