2.0The room was clean but when in the shower , I touched the showerhead and the whole thing broke off into my hand. Water shooting into my face. Couldnt be fixed as the metal pipe was rusted and snapped. Asked to move rooms but was fully booked. Women was very nice and offered us a shower in a single room but as it was storming that wasnt an option. Also vertical blinds didnt cover the whole window looking over a common balcony. Which has a flickering fluro light that was flashing in my face. Tv remote didnt work. Huge draft under doors. Wind made loud howl thru the closed windows. Nightmare after a 8 hr drive. Room was not fit to be rented. Women gave us $100 refund which we accepted.
