5.0The location was great, just a short drive to the Aquatic center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had a digital lock and the motel main gate was locked at night for security purposes. The bed was good and comfy.
− The family room was quite small, with very limited space for suitcases or moving around comfortably. The air conditioner was old and very noisy. It blew directly onto the bed, making it uncomfortable to sleep, and the noise throughout the night was unbearable. The bathroom didn’t have any hand soap, and the kitchen was missing basic essentials such as dishwashing liquid and teaspoons. These small but important items would have made the stay much more comfortable.

8.0What made our stay so great was the friendly Managers . They were a lovely young couple who went out of their way to help us. Nothing was too much trouble for them. My partner and I have been managing Motels and Caravan Parks since 2006 and we know how important customer service is to a business. Ten out of ten here!

10.0It was in a central location with the information centre across the road, there was a good walk around the town. The staff were amazing, really looked after us, made sure we had what we wanted.
