1.0Not much. Airconditioning perhaps
− We got the handicapped room! No shower screen! No heating! Freezing cold bathroom. Everything wet because there's no shower screen. Double bed not queen. No backup toilet rolls despite there wasn't a full roll to begin with. Room next to ours looked lovely. Definitely better appointed. I suspect we got an inferior room because we booked on booking.com. We have stayed at this venue before but we WON'T be back which is definitely disappointing for us
We will absolutely go back & stay there again.
