8.0Room was clean the staff were nice and helpful parking was gated off at night. Our room had a microwave, tea and coffee. Overall it was very comfortable.

4.0Property was unkept, room was dirty with scungy water down the side of the wall in the toilet, bathroom light didn't work - was flickering on/ off constantly. Smoke was coming into the room from the toilet window that couldn't be shut.

6.0Bed comfort good. Only one lady staff member very good. Room clean but very basic. Motel grounds very bad, needs a lot of cleaning up. Needs a groundsman. Pool disgusting. Either empty it or clean it up.
