− The room was very clean except there was a bit of dust above the light boxes.

Very spacious, bed was super comfy and everything was very clean

− The bathroom facilities were a bit squishy, unable to really get dressed in the shower area.

They do not have an after-hour check in which is not stated in the online booking information. When I contacted the manager, she was extremely rude and had no regard for the safety of her travelling guests and only cared that we arrived prior to the time of 9:00 - if not we would be sleeping in our car or we should cancel our booking (which was impossible given the time). I will never be staying at the Mayfair Motel again given the treatment of guests by the manager, how they are even operating a business is beyond me as service and hospitality do not exist.
