Welcoming, warm, comfortable, absolutely accommodating

We received a phone call on the day we were due to arrive, informing us that they would not be around upon arrival so have clear instructions on where the key was held and also, that the TV would be on and the room would be warm. Can’t ask for more then this welcoming service
