− No TV and no Heating and still charged full price when no other room available Not really good enough for an expensive night

6.0Location, bed very comfortable.
− We were in a disabled suite and the shower water went everywhere and the slippery on the tiles. It took over 5 minutes for the how water to to come through and the shower had low pressure.

9.0− The only negative was the ckeaning smell was a little overwhelming.
