10.0Booking in was so easy. Facilities were great, including communal lounge.
− There was nothing to dislike.

9.0We were ugraded before we arrived. The owner was incredibly responsive and went out of her way to make us welcome and comfortable. The property came with an underground car space which was a godsend. The location couldn't be better.
− Nothing to do with the property, but Melbourne turned on a couple of particularly dirty days while we were there. It did highlight just how cozy the cottage was.

Character, comfort and lovely staff.
9.0The overall property had great character and a welcoming feel. Staff were great and went above and beyond for us. Location was very good...lots to do. There is a picturesque garden at the rear of the property to get away from it all.
− While the room was not large, there is a lovely common lounge and kitchen area, large back deck, and a garden at the rear of the hotel.
