Stay was good, had to wait 20 minutes at the door for the front desk guy as he was off help someone else and had locked

10.0i asked to have a room close to my friends and was moved from 5th floor to 12th floor to be closer. Rooms were nice, I booked a movie and fell asleep then watched it again in the morning. Wasn't really there long enough to do anything else. Tram was handy for what we were in Adelaide to do.
− I called the day before to ask to be put up on 12th floor to be close to my friends and man said he would. When checked in it was not done and the lady had to change the rooms for me
