5.0How quickly my bond money was returned. Thank you. Reception both girls were great customer service. Inside the building was very clean 10/10
− The car park terrible. Reception entrance is the opposite side of the main steps, a large sign outside on a wall saying reception around the back would have been great. The ridiculous glass shelve in the shower which you constantly hit while showering. Stabbed in the back and elbows numerous times, it’s an accident waiting to happen. Spiders in the bathroom. Bed linen the blanket smelt like vomit. Was not aware that there was no balcony you literally blocked in 4 walls. But that’s my own fault for not noticing when I booked.

8.0These apartments are very well located close to the Yacht Club with excellent views and a roomy balcony. The apartment was walking distance to local hotels and restaurants and the marina. Bedding was very comfortable.
− The loungeroom and dining furniture has seen better days and is due for replacement. Newer and more comfortable furniture would make a big difference.

10.0The room exceeded my expectations. It adhered to high hotel standards. What I appreciated most was the livability of the space, by which I mean how functional and comfortable it was to reside in. All the amenities worked great, the room was super clean and spacious, comfortable bed, gorgeous view outside the window, nice decor, and above all, an excellent AC! The late check-in instructions were super clear and easy to follow - no problems at all 😊
