No customer service, reception was not staffed despite the sign on the office door.
2.0The motel has a very good restaurant, the Thai King Manor Restaurant. It appears the restaurant is run undependably of the motel. It is a cheap motel and pretty much of the standard expected for the price; nothing special and clean enough.
− Customer service does not exist. Despite the motel saying the office is manned between certain hours, it is never staffed. On check out, I rang the number of the door of the office to request a tax receipt and was told it would be sent later that day via email. It was not. I made contact with the motel via Booking.Com messaging twice and the motel's web page a 3rd time bringing the total requests of a tax receipt to 4 requests before putting in a complaint to Booking.Com. Booking.Com sent a request to the motel on my behalf and I received notification from Booking.com that the motel did not respond. I guess the nicest thing you can say is the motel is consistent. This is totally unsatisfactory. Don't stay here if you need a tax receipt.

− Nothing seemed clean the bed looked like had just been made sheets not changed. The man hole in the bathroom was partly open which was a bit disturbing. I booked 2 nights and found another motel the second night.
Never again
1.02 night stay and they made up my room for the 2nd night. They put sheets on with blood on it. I was horrified. Never again
