A great family stay!
9.0Everything except the wifi connection

9.0− There is no 'view' from this room as it is blocked behind a small garden. Lack of kitchen power points. Bathroom exhaust fan is very noisy and mostly ineffectual in removing shower steam. The allocated car space was way too small and very difficult to get in or out of, plus the car space taken up in the Studio 21 allocated space was beaten and bruised all along the side nearest oof car when parked, leaving us concerned that our car may add to the beaten up areas. A bit of a big ask to clean everything used in the kitchen and put it away, and remove all rubbish and dispose of it, given the cost incurred in staying there. That should be done by the owner as part of the deal. We were sent an email on the day of our stay advising us that reception closed at 12 noon on weekends. First we heard of that, expecting it to be open until 9pm. The advice said we missed a phone call trying to contact us about this, both were not received until we were almost at Merimbula as we were out of phone range for most of the day. Surely that advice should have been sent at the time of booking which was months ago, as Sunday was clearly stated as our arrival day. We arrived at around 5.30pm.

9.0Excellent location, staff, and general setup. Well equpped kitchen, bathroom and was nice and big.
− Beds were a little hard but comfy enough. Parking spaces are also very tight but fine if you're prepared for it.
