It was clean, but because it is old it during feel totally clean (there was someone else’s soap in my shower when I arri
7.0It was close to the caravan park where my friends were staying, so I could easily walk to to see them everyday. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and had very good water pressure. It was very close to the beach and the beach was sandy (not rocky like other parts of the Bowen beach).
− The first night I stayed the people were very noisy late at night (after 10pm), for a couple of hours. Because the walls are so thin between the units I found it very hard to get to sleep. I didn’t like within the unit that there was a gap between the wall and ceiling and no door, only a curtain on the doorway. Luckily I was by myself but if there was 2 of us, this would have been an issue. There have been attempts to make the unit more ‘modern’, but it’s very hotch potch and could do with a total renovation.
