6.0El personal fue muy amable en todo momento y lo mejor del alojamiento, el desayuno a la carta era positivo también y la comida estaba rica. Otro punto a su favor es el pequeño transfer para ir a la playa. La tranquilidad del lugar también era positivo.
− Muchas cosas estaban realmente mal, yo estuve en la villa n24. los colchones son de una calidad MUY inferior a lo esperado por el precio, luego los aires acondicionados parecen estar estropeados a medias porque funcionan pero tienen que estar al minimo y se acumula muchísimo calor por el q. Mi televisión estaba rota en la parte del sonido pero lo arreglaron en horas. El teléfono de la habitación nunca funcionó para llamar a recepción, me dijeron que lo iban a arreglar pero nada cambio. El día del check-out contrate un traslado a recepción a las 10:30 y no vinieron, tuve que llamarles por medio de otros empleados y finalmente vinieron a las 10:45 tenía algo de prisa por llegar porque tenía que coger transporte en otro lado. Por suerte me consiguieron un transfer hacia uno de los pueblos a 15 minutos. Estaba con sobreprecio unos 400 bath una carrera….. eso en bkk o Chiang Mai son 200bath máximo… pero bueno. También recordar que esta en el medio de la nada y para comprar cosas en la ciudad dependes de coger este transfer con ellos…. Porque ningún grab o volt te querrá coger aquí. Faltan muchas cosas por renovar para mantener lo que este alojamiento pudo ser en el pasado. Desgraciadamente no puedo recomendar este alojamiento.

9.0Northern most Khao Lak so hugely spacious and lots of wildlife. Big Thai dwellings nice balance of indoor and outdoor. Lots of people bring their cute dogs because so much space. Buddhist themes and poetry in rooms.

One of the best places to relax.

− We stayed in Villa 11, but the neighbors from Villa 10 parked in our designated spot at Villa 11. I reported it to the reception, but my request was ignored, and I had to park farther away, which was inconvenient.
