5.0This has been our motel of choice on 4 or 5 visits a year to St George. Normally, all is to our liking.
− We checked in Saturday afternoon, having been informed that we could collect our key from a locked box. The key was for Room 18. The room we booked, well in advance, is unique to this motel. Room 1. The office was unattended. We occupied 18. It was not designed for disability. There was no king size bed. These were our requirements, the reason we use the Jacaranda every time we visit. As far as we know, Room 1 was not occupied last night. No one explained why we couldn't have the room we had booked, and paid for weeks in advance.
