9.0We came due to family illness. We were booked for 3 nights, however fate had other plans. We didnt need to stay any longer than the first night. Staff were great very understanding, even allowed us to put other family in our room afyer we left. Was nice to be treated so well.

7.0Parking right outside room for us the location on the outskirts of the city was good to get up and go door both ends of room
− Dust on bedside cupboards and old soap on floor of shower no plates but had a toaster and microwave
Everything was great except the smell and allergies.
6.0The beds were comfortable and receptionist was lovely. Everything you need to stay over for a night after travelling was there and convenient
− The smell of the room. The room was tidy and clean but whatever the smell was from, whether it was cleaning products or what it was, but it gave me terrible allergies. I didn’t sleep well because of the traffic but with location it was to be expected.
I had done seven hours of driving came in place was clean. Staff with fantastic food was great and the beds were lovely
