Once bitten twice shied .
7.0The room was excellent and comfortable
− The booking arrangement needs an overhaul after travelling so far from home we did expect the experience we received. When we rang the numberOnce provided we received a recorded message but that was all no advice or update concerning our booking of which was paid this did not go down well I was annoyed and stated “ do you want our business or not? too which there was no reply. I fully believe that the customer should not be kept waiting, yes I was irate and believed under the circumstances I had the right to be. At this stage I will be unable to recommend SIM to my colleagues and friends if I happen to pass your way again I most certainly hope the booking arrangements have improved.

It was good, meet expectations.
8.0Location and comfortable beds.
− There was no water tap on unit, have to buy it from outside. Also it will be good if kitchen stove available.
Perfect for a weekend away with friends - ideally situated close to everything you need.
9.0The Motel is in a perfect position. Check in is by text with a code and you key in the code to enter your room I thought that was great. Everything about our room was great the only negative was that the bed was really hard and we both had trouble sleeping. Having said that it would not deter us staying there again just as we have done staying in the past.
