We loved our stay, and highly recommend it for people who like to experience unusual accommodation.
10.0Comfy, cosy, and well appointed, interesting accommodation in a bush setting, close to the centre of town. Included a combustion heater and a split system heater, both of which were much appreciated, as well as free WiFi, and streaming services on the wall mounted Smart TV. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water and strong pressure ...two things that can make or break a stay.

10.0The photos sold us on the property but experiencing it was a whole other level. Location is perfect, close enough to the town centre but also in a quiet and scenic spot. All the essentials plus more provided. Super cozy with stunning views and local wildlife active around the property.

8.0We recently stayed at The Odd Frog in Bright and overall had a lovely experience. The location is fantastic—close enough to enjoy everything Bright has to offer while still feeling peaceful and private. The cabin was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, making for a relaxing getaway. There are just a few refinements that could take the experience to the next level. Given the beautiful large spa bath, bath robes would be a wonderful addition and would add a touch of luxury. A luggage stand would also be helpful for guests staying more than a night or two, and brighter lighting in the bathroom would make the space more practical. Despite these minor suggestions, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend The Odd Frog to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in a great location in Bright.
Best eco lodge with prime Bright views and nature at your door
10.0Odd Frog is on top of a hill with beautiful views of Bright and adjacent to Huggins lookout track. It’s nestled within nature, so spotting local roos next to your stay is easy. Birds also come by on the treetops. The property is modern, comfortable and has plenty of amenities to use and enjoy. We especially liked the bath bomb treat, eco choice of thank you beauty products to use along with the treat of two dark chocolate frogs. The extra towels to allow for bath spa use was also great. And communication was prompt and clear from Cal. I also enjoyed the three bin system, encouraging sustainability which is often left out by most. Watching nature and the stars from the balcony was magnificent too.
