A cozy escape we didn't want to leave.
9.0We absolutely loved the charming log cabin feel of this place. It was open, light and spacious, yet somehow still felt incredibly warm and cozy, the perfect setting for a special getaway together. The little touches really made it memorable, especially the rechargeable tea light candles around the bath, which created such a beautiful atmosphere. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, served hot and with generous portions. Everything was thoughtfully done, and we honestly couldn't have asked for a more relaxing stay.
− If I had to be really picky, the only thing I'd mention is that the key collection point was just outside our cabin, so we could hear the staff collecting breakfast orders early in the morning. It certainly wasn't a big issue and didn't take away from our stay. Also, we eventually discovered the heater had been set to 38°C... which explained why we both woke up wondering why we were absolutely roasting at 1am! More amusing than anything else.

10.0Linden Gardens is a fantastic spot and very peaceful place to stay. The room was pristine and had all the cosy comforts needed for a relaxing night away.

− The sanctuary tower is 3 levels. The restroom is the bottom level so had to go down the stairs every time
A really nice retreat
10.0The breakfast was excellent and the location made it convenient to go 'out to lunch' in the Dandenong's. Also the relaxation massage booked for the next morning was close by.
− This is not a 'big deal', but the key arrangement was not as expected. Fortunately, the friendly staff were able to sort this out for me.
