8.0The semi supported manager on site model with breakfast provided meant you felt like the best of both worlds self service with some cleaning and guidance and help provided. Tash was super helpful with carrying a heavy eski on first afternoon. Tash and Si were great hosts, chatty if you wanted them to be and invisible ish when you wanted to feel like the space was your own. Jenny was very helpful in pre arrival information and very friendly. Nice family run feel from booking to managers on site.
− Nothing really. The only observation was that if you had lots of individual bookings use of kitchen may be challenging and this was not that clear in booking.com. We were big group and hopefully respectful of the other 2 small bookings and it all worked out well on our trip.

10.0We had an amazing stay! The lodge was spotless, comfortable, and had all the facilities we needed. Everything was well-maintained, and it felt like a home away from home. The location was great, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Thredbo!
