− In elderly and I hate doing stairs - their lift was broken.

Stay away at the moment.
3.0The staff were helpful in some ways.
− I wasn't told about the entrance/exit. The carpets were old and had a mould smell. The room was cluttered, and NOT serviced daily. The curtain rails in the shower were rusted and old. The air-conditioner drainage pipe was broken in the bathroom. The exhaust fan was broken and full of dust.
