Booking not honoured after paying for room.
2.0Booked this room through Wotif and paid. When I turned up at the hotel later on they said they were full and refused to honour the booking. They were very arrogant and dismissive in their attitude as if it were my error and not theirs. Steer clear of this hotel. Note: as I didn't stay there I couldn't comment on the condition of the room I had booked, however it is not possible to submit the review without filling those fields out.
