− We had the family room, bathroom was very run d9wn but believe its all on the process of getting done as the other room our group had, had a beautiful newly renovated.
A bit of a disappointment
6.0Lovely, friendly staff at check in.
− Booked a standard queen room. Arrived with my assistance dog and was allocated a "pet friendly" room. Although the room had everything necessary, the building quality was really average. The pet friendly rooms were obviously later tack ons to the end of a brick building. Small, cramped, not even nail holes filled on architraves. Opened our door in the morning to find next doors dog right there in our doorway offlead. Wouldn't stay again.

10.0Room was spacious and clean. Our room had a fridge, microwave and TV. Management were lovely each time I called regarding our booking. Late check in as reception is open until 10pm. Manager even moved his car so we could fit our caravan in the parking lot and we were leaving early and thought it was the best place to avoid waking guest.
