3.0The room is fairly clean so all good.
− The room that we stayed in is a self contained room. The power stove does not work. No rice cooker. There is no proper knife to cut solid food. So we mostly eat out or buy ready made food to heat it up in microwave. Everytime we want something from the reception, there is no one there most of the time. Very frustrating.

2.0Dirty, saw cockroaches in the room, nil blanket provided for the first night even we requested upon our arrival. The hot water system was unstable, and might lack hot water after 9pm. Uncomfortable and frustrated stays.
