10.0Great location right on the river close to shops value for money and owner Bob very lovely and accommodating. Free breakfast was very appreciated the kids and ourselves enjoyed toast and cereal with Juice and coffee for no fuss tummy filler. We were only staying over the night arrived 7:30pm on a Friday and soon decided to stay an extra night which was arranged for us that Friday night last minute notice for both bookings.
