6.0Location was perfect for our pre booked tour to Milford sound, campsite was spacious with picnic tables and fresh water.
− Cash payment only which was only mentioned once we arrived. We were instructed to drive into town to draw from an ATM. Shower cubicles had no mats and no separation between wet and dry space.

1.0− Absolutely disgustes by the customer service I received. Didn't end up staying due to not being able to check in after 9pm because the person on the phone said that she had been there since 8:30am and doesn't want to stay open for 10/15 mins more for us. They shouldn't of taken the booking after I had selected the time frame. They also never answered the phone or replied to my multiple messages before said day. And I still get charged the full price and some for not even being able to checkin when they confirmed it was ok. Never booking with this place again

− Everything, considering my only booking option was booking.com and I didn’t see that check in had to be before 9. I called 3 times on the number online and it didn’t work, so after I booked a spot I had access to the actual number which after a short chat with the condescending receptionist she proceeded to say that the gate to the property would be locked at 9 and I had 5 minutes to get there, unfortunately for me though I was still 40 minutes away. So felt like a scam, said non refundable and if it’s not refunded I will be disputing it with my card.

8.0Tenting was made very easy as the tent sites were a good size.plenty of room to pitch tent and have car parked there as well.
Great location, lovely views, clean site, great facilities.
9.0Clean comfortable room, with all that we needed. Excellent value for money. Bathrooms were pristine.
− No internet and so not able to complete transaction with credit card which meant going to get cash. Not the owners fault, but could be a potential problem if you only had cards in you phone wallet.
Great place , could do with new caretakers as seem to be over hospitality
