Freezing due to inadequate bedding
7.0Cleanliness was reasonable and fairly quiet at the back of the property in a quiet room as requested.
− The bedding is entirely inadequate so it was freezing overnight! A very thin blanket on the bed and the spare just thrown in the bottom of the cupboard in a heap. Nowhere near warm enough for winter! WiFi connection was poor. Bathroom vanity is stained brown which could be rectified with a proper clean.
Recommended for highway travellers.

5.0Location was great and it was relatively quiet
− The bed was like sleeping on concrete. ROCK HARD. Pillows well over due for replacement. Coverlets on beds were stained or dirty. The bathroom was not very clean there was scum all around the shower and visible evidence of pink mould. Attempted to go to reception twice during their opening hours and on neither occasion could find anyone.
