1.0I could comprehensively complain about this motel and say it’s the worst budget motel we have stayed in Australia-wide but I’ll just summarise with this. The Black Swan Motel makes the hotel from ‘Vacation’ look like a 5 star stay. Broken floor tiles that were terribly covered with a bath mat, the filthiest carpet I’ve ever seen, broken vents, a sunken bed, broken curtains, cracks everywhere, broken and hanging night lights, rot. The shower was scary. We didn’t use it. I believe this motel wouldn’t be far off being condemned. An added touch was the text at MIDNIGHT by the owner telling us we have to pay a $20 CASH payment in the morning for the dog which was never mentioned to us. I explained the issues she had with the safety of her motel. She didn’t care. She wanted her $20 cash. Even my little dog was scared of this place. She did not want a bar of it. We were out with the sun and our family got ready in the local bathroom/toilet block. Much more sanitary and a lot safer. You've been warned. Don’t do it.

− There was a smell around kitchen area plus entry to door. It was not a nice smell. The oven down the side near floor was terribly dirty. It was not nice.
