We had a great time on the island but I would not stay there again

− we booked a two bedroom apartment but they had reserved a one bedroom. This room was very musty. They did swap it for a two bedroom after suggesting to us that we ask another client to swap! The other apartment needed to be cleaned. It was still very dirty behind furniture. The host was not contactable on several occasions.

4.0The place is a building site. There was no hot water the first night. The water out of the taps had sediment in it. I had to buy drinking water. Builders started power tools at 7.15am on two mornings. Tour buses did not pick up from this place.

6.0Hideaway is quiet, except for the rooster, clean and comfortable. The pool looks bigger in the photos, but is only a plunge pool. Stove and microwave dated, but owners in process of updating. 6.0It was a nice quiet area but quite run down & mouldy. New owners learning the ropes & had a lot on their plate. We were greeted wonderfully at the airport & escorted to our stay. No input during the week personally. We went to were there house was being renovated to ask questions. Very friendly & nice when approached. Lots to learn …

Check-in is any time after 14:00. If you arrive earlier, then luggage storage is available if the room is not ready. Check-out is at 10:00. If you require a late check-out, please contact the property before 10:00 on the day of departure to find out whether this is possible.
