− Reception was hard to find and confusing for first time visitors. The room was not very clean and the beds were too soft. The guests upstairs had too many people in the room and were constantly slamming the door, which was only 2 feet away from ours, through the night. People were coming and going through the night. They were talking and laughing loudly so it was terribly noisy. As a result, we did not get to sleep at all. Calling the after office hours phone numbers including the security number did not help at all as nobody picked up the calls. The worst experience anybody could have.
