Was great after a very long days driving

− Haha was upgraded to a spa bath but couldn’t get it to work

− Keypad lock was nearly flat hot water was barely warm there was a jacket left behind from previous people that cleaners had missed. Couldn’t find spare pillows

− I booked the Spa room with breakfast. 3 days before arrival I was sent a text informing me that the kitchen would be closed, so no breakfast! The room was dated, there was a hole in the bedspread and the spa didn't work! Paid for, but didn't get breakfast or spa!
