− Lots of stairs to negotiate on front and rear entrances. The rear entrance staircase is exposed to the weather. Close parking spot not always available

− The shower in room 12 is pathetic , the shower head falls down because it is loose , the hot water tap is tight and only drips out when turned on .the worst shower I’ve ever been in .

Please note that the Standard Double Room with Shared Bathroom is located in an adjacent building from the main Formby Hotel Building, approximately 131 feet away.
Please note that all accommodations, at both properties are located on the 1st floor with access via a staircase only.
The Formby Hotel is home of the popular Central Bar and Restaurant – the bar is open with live music or DJs Friday & Saturday nights until 11pm and some rooms will be affected by noise from this on these evenings.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
