Lovely accomodation in great location.

We stopped for the night as a stopover on the way to Mt Hotham. Cabin was spacious, clean and comfortable.

− The games room for the kids was a bit of a disappointment. Unless you wanted to spend a fortune on arcade style games and claw skill testers, there wasn’t much else.

Cosy Cottage

The cabin was warm, comfortable and well equipped, with a cosy bed and clean kitchen items. The shower was excellent, with strong water pressure, soft towels and lovely-smelling toiletries provided. Good river views (though our view was mainly of the houseboat parking area, which may be different in peak season). Lots of wildlife, kookaburras and kangaroos in a beautiful country setting.

− The cabin was cute but felt tired and in need of some TLC. The curtain holders were broken, so we had to use a hair clip to keep the curtains closed; this still allowed the yellow insect light to shine through the gaps, which made sleeping difficult. The microwave also needs replacing, as the start button was unreliable, and there was some damage to the basin. Overall, the cabin would really benefit from a spruce-up.
