Small improvements would make it fantastic.

We like the location and the view out of the room overlooking the lake was very nice. The staff were very helpful when we needed to extend our stay by a day. Breakfast supplies were nice, bacon, eggs, cereal, bread and a little bit of container fruit (two individual serves).

− Lighting, out of 7 downlights in the kitchen/family area, only four worked. Of the three lights outside, only one worked. If you touched the bedside lamp cable/switch in the bedroom on the bathroom side while on, it would flicker. We had to sweep the floor upon arrival and clean the shower recess because they were very dirty. Again, many of the TV channels did not work or were quite often broken reception. Not a major problem, but we could not sit on the couches because they were just too soft with no support. Ok if you laid down, but terrible to sit on.

The location was good,the scenery around was nice

− Even If we converted we would check in between 2 to 3,the room was being cleaned when we reached the venue. We got the house only past 3 30pm. The host doesn't respond to messages nor take phone calls. The oven was so dirty and pathetic. Cleanliness was poor. The WiFi password was nowhere mentioned. It was absolutely disappointing when the host doesn't answer the calls or respond to the messages even after repeated contact over phone.

Homely and the staff are working so hard!

− Everything was as expected for the price so can't fault!

Delightful 2-bedroom house in a lovely country space that suited our family. We were very happy with our stay

Country living - fresh air, plenty of of space and breakfast thrown in!

− The only downside was the property is a bit dated. Whilst that might concern some guests our family was delighted with the space, cleanliness and ambience especially after coming out of a stuffy, over-crowded city

The lady who greeted us and checked us in was lovley and offered us a wine tasting on arrival. The room was very spacious with a beautiful view of the pond. The bed was very comfortable, and the spa was nice. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good. We were the only ones at the restaurant except for another family of 4. The lady serving as was very lovely and friendly.

− The shower head was a massive letdown. It was a small shower head like the ones at your local swimming pool with water coming out in all directions, which made it really hard to enjoy the shower in what was meant to be a luxury villa. Also, black mould on the ceiling above the spa was also a big negative. That needs attention asap. Big massive cobwebs hanging from the high ceilings were also not a great vibe. The television definitely needs an up grade as you can't watch Netflix on it, ect, and the screen was very blury. Furniture can definitely use with an update, too. This place has a lot of potential but definitely needs a lot of TLC

− No wifi despite listed as available and working. Light bulbs need attending as not all were working. Some channels not available on the tv.
