− Traffic noise starts 4am and it is not pleasant to sit on balcony because of the traffic.
Overall pleasant and comfortable. Okay at the price point but if you have a larger car maybe consider parking on road as

− The park across the road gets very noisy into the wee hours with teenagers running amuck. Lots of noise and swearing. The beds were comfortable however one bed was held up by blocks of wood and weights which I stubbed my toe on a couple of times. Comfy but annoying.
