Lovely newly refurbished room in a quiet location, just a 12 min walk town centre.
8.0The room had been refurbished quite recently and was modern, clean, and very comfortable. Although it was on the smaller side, it was thoughtfully designed and made excellent use of the available space. It included a well-equipped kitchenette, a comfortable bedroom, and a modern bathroom. One feature we particularly appreciated was the underfloor heating in the bathroom, which was a real luxury during the cold Taupō weather. The room also had an efficient air conditioner that kept it warm and cosy throughout our stay. Despite the chilly temperatures outside, we were always comfortable indoors. Overall, it was a well-planned, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay.
− The only minor drawback was that the parking spaces were a little tight, particularly if you drive a larger vehicle. Fortunately, the motel wasn't fully booked during our stay, so parking wasn't a problem.
