10.0Only a brief one-night stay, however exceptionally great service & facility. Owner very thoughtfully upgraded booking (without me requesting) due to season (& obviously availability) sooo happy & very much appreciated. Will definitely be back, even if room not upgraded next time. Very nice tidy, modern & comfortable TV lounge room also.
